7eleven Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the 7eleven platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 7eleven platform — including the website, mobile app and related services — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of any 7eleven service after an amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

This platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. Accounts registered with false information or by users who do not meet the age requirement will be terminated without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 7eleven platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without a refund of any balance.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate and up to date. 7eleven reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of its compliance procedures.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 7eleven will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence or disclosure of your password.

Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

Users of the 7eleven platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership.
  • Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or any form of illegal activity through the platform.
  • Disrupting or interfering with the technical operations of the platform by any means.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions through methods that contravene the stated promotional terms.

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, with all remaining balances forfeited to the platform and no refund issued.

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 7eleven platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods that may be made available from time to time.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected. All deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been successfully verified. 7eleven is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with the relevant wagering requirements. Processing times range from one to five business days, depending on the withdrawal method selected.

7eleven reserves the right to withhold or cancel a withdrawal if there are any signs of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms, subject to an internal investigation conducted in accordance with established procedures.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 7eleven shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors or the actions of third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7eleven platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interface elements and software code — is the exclusive property of 7eleven or its relevant licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying or exploiting this content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 7eleven does not control the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for their privacy policies, practices or content. Access to any third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

7eleven reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to comply with identity verification procedures, or at the user's own request. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance.

Changes to These Terms

7eleven reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the 7eleven platform should first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties. If no resolution can be reached, the matter may be referred to the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
